Robotics and Coding Across the Curriculum

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this session we will play with coding programs like Scratch and coding tools like Wonder Workshop, Ozobots, Beebot/Bluebot, Kibo, Cubetto, Unruly Splats, and Osmo. We will connect each robot with a subject area and lesson plan that has been tested with students. Attendees will explore and play to get comfortable with the tools and see how easily they can be integrated into lessons. We will brainstorm together how to best integrate into the subjects attendees teach and how teachers can be comfortable with not knowing everything about coding and allowing students to lead learning. Funding ideas will also be crowd sourced.
